New Season, New Opportunity: School Sports Portraits Coming This Fall

There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching a dream evolve—and I’m thrilled to share that Ryan Sellars Photography is stepping into a new arena this fall: school sports portraits.

This is more than just a new service—it's the beginning of a fresh and exciting chapter in my photography journey. After years of capturing seniors, families, events, and athletics, I’m expanding into team and individual portraits for local school sports programs. It’s an opportunity to grow my business in a direction that aligns perfectly with my passion for storytelling through imagery and my commitment to supporting student-athletes and their families.

I’ll be starting with some of the most spirited sports of the season: football, softball, and cheerleading. Each portrait session will be designed to celebrate the unique personality of each athlete, the pride of their team, and the energy of the season. These aren’t just photos—they’re a way for athletes and their families to hold onto the moments that matter.

This opportunity didn’t come out of nowhere—and I want to take a moment to thank the person who helped make it all happen: my amazing wife. Her belief in my work and her ability to connect the dots behind the scenes led directly to this new venture. I’m beyond grateful for her support and encouragement.

While I may need to add an extra light or two to my setup, I already have the tools, experience, and vision to bring these sessions to life. I’m ready—and eager—to hit the ground running.

I’m so excited for what’s ahead. This is a chance not only to expand my craft but also to deepen my connection with the community, support local schools, and create timeless images for athletes and their families to treasure.
